Apex 20 Roof Concrete Garages

The Apex 20 pitched roof concrete garage is our top of the range design of traditional appearance, designed to be as stylish as it is functional.

The range features a traditionally constructed and lined roof, with 20° pitch and clad with Metrotile Bond traditional pantile profile tiles, the Apex 20 is the cream of the crop.

Our market leading range can provide six roof colour choices to blend with most existing roof colours. Constructed with timber purlins and lined with untearable felt, the roof tiles have a 40-year guarantee.

The Bespoke Options available to style your Apex 20 give you a massive choice, and you will be able to choose options to maximise kerb appeal and blend successfully with your property.

Choose from maintenance free options (Decograin PVCu looks great on this model), Brick front posts, Stone or Brick wall finish, site applied Textured finish, Garaclad PVCu cladding finish or any of the other items in our range – make your building unique.

Information About Your Garage

Installation: All of our garages, sheds and workshops are delivered and assembled by the Precast Garage Doors Scotland team. Our expert staff offer you a stress free experience on all installations with expectional customer aftercare, we are there when you need us to be!
Windows: All single garages come supplied with a 1.22m fixed timber window as standard. On our double garages we supply two windows. Our timber windows are single glazed and are dipped in an attractive cedar base stain. PVCu windows are all double glazed as standard.
Guttering: Guttering is available on all garages and in a range of colours that include in White, Black and Brown. Foam filler fitted as standard on all buildings.

In addition to our standard offering you can customise your garage with a range of options to make it bespoke to you and your property.

Precast Garages Scotland offer a 10 year guarantee on the structural integrity of your new concrete garage from the date of installation.

If any structural component fails in your precast garage during the 10 year guarantee period then we will either replace it or carry out a full repair at no cost to you. Our guarantee is subject to any repairs or adjustments being carried out by a member of the Precast Garages Scotland team.
