Apex 90 Roof Concrete Garages

The Apex 90 pitched roof concrete garage with a transverse roof adds a new dimension to concrete garages.

The specially designed transverse roof has been effectively spun through 90^o when compared to a traditional garage. With attractive tile effect roof sheets available in four stylish colours, the Apex 90 will sit beautifully next to almost any property.

The unique transverse roof means the Apex 90 is the ideal choice if your garage is to be located between two buildings.

Supplied with a number of maintenance free features as standard, the Apex 90 is the perfect choice where appearance is everything, and because of the unique roof it looks just as good from the back as the front.

With a huge range of optional extras available you can tailor your building exactly the way you want it.

Please note that due to the orientation of the roof, roller shutter doors will not fit the Apex90

Information About Your Garage

Installation: All of our garages, sheds and workshops are delivered and assembled by the Precast Garage Doors Scotland team. Our expert staff offer you a stress free experience on all installations with expectional customer aftercare, we are there when you need us to be!
Windows: All single garages come supplied with a 1.22m fixed timber window as standard. On our double garages we supply two windows. Our timber windows are single glazed and are dipped in an attractive cedar base stain. PVCu windows are all double glazed as standard.
Guttering: Guttering is available on all garages and in a range of colours that include in White, Black and Brown. Foam filler fitted as standard on all buildings.

In addition to our standard offering you can customise your garage with a range of options to make it bespoke to you and your property.

Precast Garages Scotland offer a 10 year guarantee on the structural integrity of your new concrete garage from the date of installation.

If any structural component fails in your precast garage during the 10 year guarantee period then we will either replace it or carry out a full repair at no cost to you. Our guarantee is subject to any repairs or adjustments being carried out by a member of the Precast Garages Scotland team.
